How to move project from eclipse ide to other sandbox

I've added a package of  salesforce sanbox in eclipse from one sandbox. And I want to deploy that to other Sandbox I'm facing some issues Showing error in the log as,

Hi,
   Actually eclipse save all metadata into local folder.  You can use ANT Migration Tool to deploy your metadata from from one sandbox to another.

Fist of all you have to setup ANT in your system.

@Banwari, I 've created a project in eclipse by importing a package from sandbox. So what will be the next procedure to deploy this package in to other sandbox

I don't think why you are using eclipse in order to deoploy. Deployment is very easy using ANT. You just give the location of eclise src folder. And just run ANT commant to deploy. ANT is one time setup and later you can deploy every time by one command.

As i see your error that 
 1.no CustomTab named Policy__c found. You have to include this tab into package.xml and metadata for this one.
2.Expense_Line_Item__c is not present in your  target sandbox so you need to deploy this one also.

Yes. I'm not able to see that Policy__c  custom object while adding that in package. why is that?

Its Custom Tab. Please remove from App.
Then try to deploy. Thiss error would be vanished.
