Bulk API invalid Batch exception

Got the following error: BATCH STATUS (Id:State:NumProcessed:NumErrors:Message): 751W0000002IO6gIAG:Failed:0:0:Got an unexpected error while processing BULK-API. Contact support with error ID: 515182827-79513 (1034479691)

This is nothing close to a solution calling it a best answer would be a dis-service. Good question Qiong, They need better error handling, but understanding there are a plethora of requests on their API... still this is supposed to be top-of-the-line. I'm sure there is someone working on it.
