I have installed the App called "Opportunity Primary Contact Required" from App Exchange but not mentioned how to use it.

Sample Usage: When the stage is > Value Proposition make a primary contact required

Formula: CASE( StageName , "Stage to be Required 1",1, "Value Proposition",1,"Id. Decision Makers",1,"Perception Analysis",1,"Proposal/Price Quote",1,"Negotiation/Review",1,"Closed Won",1,0)

Using a formula allows you to define business rules without modifying APEX code.
