How to raise a SR in sfdc for the problems faced?

Hi Amrita,

Log a new case with support if you need certain permissions enabled or are experiencing technical difficulties. User-added image
  • Select your support topic and category.
  • For example, if your issue is related to Work.com, click Sales Cloud | Work.com.
  • Select a question that relates to your issue.
  • If you don’t find the solution to your problem, click Log a New Case.

  • Enter case details and click Submit.

Note: To attach related files, click Attach a File after the case is created.

Hope this will help you create a case with Salesforce support team.
