Trailhead Error : Report name unique
Try to create report and ocurring error -Error: This Report Unique Name already exists or has been previously used. Please choose a different name.
actully i delete a report with same name and create a new report ' Opp Stage by Adventure ' for trailhead superbadge .

After you delete a report it stays in your recycle bin for 30 days. You would need to empty your recycle bin before you can use the same name again. This allows you to "undeleting" the report without the issue of having already creating another report with the same name.
May I suggest you please give a try by appending a number to the report name which might help you further.
Ex: Report Name: adoption_dashboards
Give a try by changing it to adoption_dashboards1

I want exact same name because i want to complete superbage last task and i am deleted a report by mistake from recyle bin.can you have any suggestion to how to create a report exact same name.
