What do I use to sign into the trailhead playground on my Salesforce1 mobile app?

If you ever do need to log in (e.g., to install a package), this article shows you how to find your username and reset your password

Ok I reset my Trail head password...but on my iPhone the only connections available are "Production" and "Sandbox" .  There is no "Trailhead" connection.   I tried adding https://trailhead.salesforce.com/launch_org/369377  as a new connection in SF1 on my iphone by this results in error "A server with the specified host name could not be found."

Pls advise.

Thanks.

If you launch the Org from inside TrailHead you will get a URL like
https://random-words-123456-dev-ed.lightning.force.com/one/one.app#eyJjb21wb25lbnREZWYiOiJvbmU6YWxvaGFQYWdlIiwiYXR0cmlidXRlcyI6eyJhZGRyZXNzIjoiL2FwZXgvdGhfY29uX2FwcF9fVGhIb21lcGFnZSJ9fQ%3D%3D
Take the random-words-123456-dev-ed.lightning.force.com and use that as your custom Org in the Login screen.
If you get a DNS error try creating a new Org.
To create a new Org in the TrailHead Module pull down the Org list beside the [Launch] button and select "Create TrailHead PlayGround"

Hello
I am faicing similar problem. I tried adding the URL that i have to login on Trailhead Playground, on my mobile sales force app. But when i am trying to login using my userid and password, it says invalid user id and password. However i am using the correct credential. Please suggest.

Your Trail head login does not exist inside the Playground Org. The Trail head playground Org password is system generated, when you transition from your Trail Head Login to the playground Org a mapping is used to grant you access. In order to login directly to your Playground Org you must follow the article above to obtain the Org credential and reset the password on this credential so you can log in.

Hi,

I have found my username and have reset my password to install a package; however, I am having issues logging in via Password Authentication. I have downloaded Data Loader and at logging in with the correct credentials, the Salesforce Login URL doesn't seem to be correct. I've tried https://login.salesforce.com resulting in the error "Error: Check your username and password. If you still can't log in." As well as the URL from launching the Org within Trailhead (e.g. https://random-words-123456-dev-ed.lightning.force.com) resulting in "Failed to send request to". Does anyone know how I can successfully login to an installed package (Data Loader) with Trailhead Playground credentials?

Thank you,
Cassie

i was able to find out by trailhead user id.  then i changed the password on this id.  however, when i tried to sign on my phone with this new id and new password, it is looking for a verification code.  and the verification code was never received at my email address.  so I am still stuck.
