Hi All, I am looking for real time project experience, I have recently completed my training on Saleforce and I completed my PD1 certification and looking for real time project experience, would like to work on free basis.

3) https://www.catchafire.org/

These are the places where you can find Salesforce Projects and it will help you brushup your development skills, configurations and customization skills etc..
It will be un-paid projects but they are non-profit organizations and and will provide a FANTASTIC reference for you based on your contributions and commitments.
