Where I am not able to see Salesforce1 for ios and android under Connected App oAuth Usage. How I am supposed to complete this challenge.

In order for an app to show up in the Connected Apps OAuth Usage page, a user needs to be signed into the app. Sign into your org from the Salesforce1 iOS or Android app, and you should then be able to view/block access to that app.
