display account list w.r.to country using lightning componenet

I have one custom object dedupe account which is  in look up with standard custom object  Account . There are country custom picklist  field in Account object . I want to display all accounts w.r.to Country and also display only those account who is not associated to dedupe account. How can i do this using lightning .

You  can create two SFDC reports for each condition and put it into the dashboard.

How can I filter account w.r.to different country using list views ? I need to write code for this. If you have any logical idea then only suggest the solution

Hi PK,

when you create list view, you have option to filter records:

Try to create views and let me know if you face error.
