email-to-case always needed ? to be set on when we import emails as email message?
The integration with a mass-mailing tool that we have created imports an email in the activity history of a campaign.
But then the email-to-case has to be enabled , even though we have nothing to do with cases.
Is there another solution? or we should go towards custom object to record the emails ?
