Lightning Superbadge #8 - Can't figure out error

I'm working on step 8 of the Lightning Superbadge. I keep getting the following error:

Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: 
Please check that all of the relationships are maintained for Opportunity Contacts and Adventure Packages that you upload from the spreadsheet.

I've checked my work against this post  and still can't find a solution. Any help would be appreciated.
