After NA25 refresh we are facing out bound integration failures and getting
(504)Gateway Time-out error. can some one suggest what needs to be done in order to make Outbound messaging up and active

Did you fix this issue?
Yes we did, basically should have the list of all salesforce IP ranges or the new IP ranges after this refresh to be whitelsited at the network side. Hope this helps.
