how to identify which user change what in single org.

Hello Experts,
we are 5 people working on same project and all 5 have different task. All are working in single developer org. So, how can I identify the which developer change what in the org.
Please help.

Try the below things.

Setup -> View Setup Audit Trail.

Hi Maharaja(name is attractive :-)),

I tried this,

Setup -> View Setup Audit Trail.

which you mentioned above but its not helping my problem.
It show only the user information when we made changes but it do not show any other information like which ip address did the changes.
