Thanks for quick reply.My question is I have created custom vf page for case instead of Case detail page and I have Casecomment related list as well.Now I want to override the NEW button on Casecomment related list OR I want to remove that NEW button and I want to put custom button which will redirect to my new Case Comment VF page.How Can I achieve this.

Hi Venkat,

Create a New Custom button on CaseCommnet object of type List like below screen shot, and Hide the standard New and add Custom Button on Page layout of Case object.
