cannot verify and get points

Hi, I am trying to verify for trailhead project:Build an Account Reassignment Wizard - Build Lookup Logic to Find Matching Salesforce Users but error coming up:
Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: 
There was an unexpected error while verifying this challenge. Usually this is due to some pre-existing configuration or code in the challenge Org. We recommend using a new Developer Edition (DE) to check this challenge. If you're using a new DE and seeing this error, please post to the developer forums and reference error id: DQYCZWSR

Hi Lucia,

Then I would suggest you log out of all the accounts and log in again and also clear your browser cookies and history.
 OR Another solution would try it in a different browser.

Change your some code which is not given in step and then check challenge (May be you get different error). After, perform challenge as per given steps. If error is occur, then post here.

I follow the warning message and fix the problem by selecting the start element and now have a little bit different message:
