Hi All,

I have a requirement, if i create any field in saleforce object other system should be notied with any of the channel. I need to notify them with metadata information like field label name, api name, field type ext.. How to achive this.

To achieve it you can use Setup Audit trail Object Of Salesforce in order to keep track of All changes in Salesforce Org , after that you can extract it's metadata as well and trigger to notify the changes to   any of the channel.
