Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: The sales path should not be published.

I have this error and not sure how to resolve.  Since I can't find Sales Path Setting in the playground, so I use Path setting to create a new path.
However, it seems like the challenege doesn't recognize my work.  Can someone help me on how to resolve this?

I Active the Path, but when I Check Challenge and display the next error:
Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: 
The sales path should not be published.
 
You corrected it?

The new version of Path Settings not have option "Save and Publish Later".

The error is resolved by not activating the path.

You should deactive path before Check Challenge...
