Locked out of Trailhead and cannot reset password

A customer of mine is locked out of Trailhead and cannot reset their password. He tried using the reset password option but when he clicked on the email link, it fails as he did not specify a verification question.

Please can someone advise how to resolve this problem, I can supply his logon id if needed Thanks

The best possible option you have is reaching out to the trailhead team where they have an option to reset the password.

Please provide the org username while reaching trailhead team.
