Process Automation: Difficulty in doing Trailhead challenge

In my DE there is no action in the list named Assign Task Action where as the challenge says that The rule should fire an Assign Task action.PLease help!!

Assign Task action means Workflow Actions in step 3 (Step 3: Specify Workflow Actions)

i provide screen short for create new task for The rule should fire an Assign Task action with a subject of 'Follow Up on Escalated Case'.
