sales cloud, service cloud, marketing cloud

can any one help me in giving brief description of sales cloud, service cloud and marketing cloud ?

The sales cloud in general has the following objects , it represents crm(customer relaitonship management
Product , campaign , Lead , Account , contact , Opportunity
In a sales cloud, we create a product --> then go for campaign --> get leads --> convert the leads into acocunt , contacts & opportunities  and finally generate reports

Leads are those people are show interest in purchasing product, then once we confirm that they are genuinely intersted then we note their details
into account(say the Lead may be from some company) so its the account name, then the lead details like address,phone goes into the contact.

Service Cloud:
This has objects like cases & solutions.
For ex: just assume DELL customer care , u have a complaint regarding laptop , u call them, they will log details of ur case and give a ticket number. same thing here also. Then they will provide a resolution to your problem which we can access from the solutions SOBJECT.

Marketing Cloud:
for ex: campaign represents various methodologies of marketing like through webinar , trade show, conference i.e how effecrively we can market
the particular product and at what cost etc.
