`what is difference between created date and rule trigger date?

Hi Surendra,

EX:1   Rule Criteria --- if "name" not equal to null
                                       5 days after Rule trigger date

Solution : If you based your rule on 5 days after rule trigger date and the rule fire on Day 0 the actions would run on Day 5 regardless of any other actions.

EX:2  Rule Criteria --- if "name" not equal to null
              5 days after created date

Solution : If you based its on 5 days after created date and the rule trigger on Day 0 the actions would run on Day 5 regardless of any other actions.
