Customizing navigation menu after Winter 17' release

There is no option coming under setup for navigation menu in Salesforce Lightning after winter 17' release, though this option was available earlier and it is mentioned in winter 17' release notes as well. Kindly suggest.

Hi Rahul Saxena,

Indeed, the navigation menus has been deleted in Winter 17. Instead we will need to upgrade an app to a Lightning App where you will be able to set the Navigation Menus.
