Integration with ProProfs

Has anyone integrated with ProProfs?  

I think I need to create a class and just make it a @webservice, but was hoping somebody has done it before.

I think that link, and the pages after are for integration with ProProfs ticket / suppport system.

We use ProProfs for test taking and quizes.  I eventually need to be able to see what tests were taken and the grades in salesforce.  I'm just not seeing any integration between ProProfs and SF that is very useful.  The integration that is happening ... is - It just creates a Lead or Contact in salesforce whenever a test is completed.  BUT there is no other information - just a First/Last name and an email address.  Don't know what test was taken or any other information.

That's why I thought I needed to just use the ProProfs API.
