Changing default apex class in social customer service?

How can I change default apex class (to custom class) in inbound settings on social customer service page? In company we have enterprise edition.

Hi Marcin Durakiewicz,

You can’t modify the default Apex class if you are using the Starter Pack.
Starter Pack lets you simply connect up to two social accounts and Salesforce handles the rest of the details, like a Social Studio account.

Please refer below guide for more information on this page no 9 and 10.

Hope this helps you!

If this helps you mark it as solved.

Thanks and Regards
Sandhya

If you've enabled Social Customer Service...
Go to Setup and search for Social then select 'Social Customer Service'.
Then under the heading of 'Radian6 Credentials', you'll see a message of  "Success! Your Social Customer Service starter account is active."User-added image
