Stuck at Live Agent Basics step 1
Hi,
I'm trying to check the first step at this challenge but I constantly have the message :
I have added a file to my case. Tried to do it twice but still have the message.
Some other have faced this issue and know what's going wrong here ?

"Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:
There was no file attached to the 'Refund Me' case during the chat."

The three permissions was enabled.
I managed to validate this step by simply leaving the module and retried 1 hour after.

Please mark sure that all the three permissions are enabled correctly especially Agent File Transfer Enabled.
Kindly give one more try by checking the above permissions are correct and make sure you are validating the challenge in a brand new developer org.
