problems with access

I can not access any more to my trailhead account. I had a specific account for that (not this one) and all my badges where on that one....

How can I retrieve my badges?

Hi Marina Pescini,

To merge your accounts you need profile Id's so that trailhead team would move your badges to your present developer account.So you need the access to the trailhead account in this process.

I would suggest you first to resolve the login issue which is stopping you to access your trailhead account.Please reach trailhead@salesforce.com with your login issue.
