HELP HELP HELP HELP ALL MY BADGES AND WORK HAS DISAPPEARED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had successfully completed 8 modules, logged into my same account and they are all gone.  My picture is gone, all my work is gone, its like I never existed.  I have no idea what to do??????  Nobody can help me. I called Sales force they told me to come here to discuss.  What do I do to get my work back?????

Hi Chevon Martin,

Please make sure you are using right username and password.

Most of the cases as people have more than one developer account they ogin with different credentials other than the one they used for the trailhead.

I would suggest you check with all the developer account credentials you have.
If this does not help you,please reach trailhead@salesforce.com with your username they would be able to see what badges you have completed and what is causing the issue.
