Find Process builder and flows where a paricular field is being used salesforce

Hi All,

In Process builders.field is used in entry criteria and actions as well.I just want to find Process builders where a given field is being used.

We can't query them like this 
select id,name from flowDefinition
It seems these objects are not supported right now.

But we can access the flow and flow definition(Process builder) information via work bench.

Info =>Metatadata Types & Components => Flow for Flows
Info => Metadata Types & Components => FlowDefinition for Processes
