Salesforce1 Communities: unable to open inline Visualforce page "Can't view this page...don't have permission / isn't supported on mobile..."

this is urgent requirement ,please as soon as possible,
we can view the inline visualforce page in internal users,but we cant view inline visualforce page in community only.
I hope i will get good solution from you guys

through community user we can see message  "You can't view this page, either because you don't have permission or because the page isn't supported on mobile devices." in ITAB
