Go to opportunity team members profile and click on edit then go to standard object permissions and select the opportunity object, in that disable the delete option.
If it resolves your issue select the best answer.

The Deletion option in not edited is there any other way to resolve this.

Which profile you are using? Is it Custom profile or System admin Profile?
Custom profile --- If you are assigning custom profile for opportunity team members, you have a edit option on standard objects. By this you can enable or disable the delete option.
System Admin Profile -- You can't modify the standard object permissions.
I'm using Standard Profile(non-admin) so by using this profile give the permissions for delete the activated users from opportunity team members but don't give the permission for deleting the deactivated users from opportunity team members.
This my requirement could you please help on this
