How to Change over Classic Application to Lightning

if i have an application in salesforce classic.is it possible to convert this application to saleforce lightning?.if possible menas how to do it?

You can do that by give it a try in Lightning Experience environment. Enable Lightning Experience, and then go to App Manager, check whether the column Visble In Lightning is checked for your application. 
In case your application doesn't show a checked symbol, you probably need to re-check the lightning limitations and compare to your current application.

Yes, once you are in your lightning experience go to set up > Apps > App Manager, select the dropdown next to required classic app that needs converted to lightning and click "Upgrade". Provide a logo and other details in the next page and once done a new lightning version of the app will be created. Hope this is what you were looking for.
