How to track field history on account page layout?
My goal is to track every field update, activity, etc... on an account. Currently our account activity history only reflects status change, I would like it to be more specific so I know who handled what, the date of the change, etc. Anny help would be greatly appreciated.
To set up field history tracking, you need to go to the object's field page and click on Set History Tracking. Here's some documentation to help guide you through the steps:

Do the following:
Step1: go to account object mgmt page and click on "set history tracking"
Step2: select the field here and click save

use chatter if it is enabled to track changes. Checkout the setting "Feed Tracking" under "Chatter".
