live agent chat reject, Redirect user to unavailable page

Hi,

Can some one help, When live Agent reject chat invitation , i want to redirect user to specific custom page.

Hi Sandeep,

When configuring Live Agent,if the chat requests are declined then you may Re-Route the requests as below:

The Routing Type for the button or invitation must be selected as "Least Active" or "Most Available" for the options to appear as choices.

Below is the click path:

From Setup | Customize | Live Agent | Live Agent Sessions | Chat Buttons & Invitations, click Edit next to the chat button. Options are located in 'Routing Information' section.

Hi,

Thanks for your time, but if all the agents declain the chat request from user/customer. Then how can i redirect User/Customer to unavaliable form.

When any agent declain the chat user/customer will get standard message as "No agent is avaliable to chat" But i want to redirect user to vf page.
