You will earn a badge everytime you finish a module in trailhead.

first go to below link
https://trailhead.salesforce.com/
-> log in with your developer salesforce account. OR if you don't have salesforce account create an account.
-> start an Module on trailhead screen.
--> each modual have some units after complete Module you got your bedge and some trailhead points.
you can see your earned badegs on badges section on screen.
