How to access data from multiple organization without creating multiple apps

Hi,

I get the idea of creating multiple app and using oauth flow to authenticate users from different organization to gain access of their data.
Is there a way to create a single app that would allow admin from different organization to install in order for me to access/ manipulate their data through api?

Was this not answered because there is no way to do it? Because 2 years later I have the same question and cannot seem to find an answer.
