Workflow Rule or Process Flow for Emails
I created a workflow rule to meet a criteria that whenever a lead is created with a "test.com" it should not go throug the lead rotation (round robin). The workflow does not work because the round robin assignment happens first thing in the morning. Workflow rules are not designed to set a scheduled time for them to work.
Anyways, I will like to creat a Process flow for thi, I think it would work better but I have never created one. How can i go about this?
