Can Someone Please Help Me on How to Deploy a Project

Hi, 
  So I am currently writing the basic apex script that is given in an example online, I am trying to get to the part where I can deploy it but no matter where I look I can not find the outbound changesets in any sort of permission settings even though I am registered as an admin.

Hi Carly,

Sorry for this issue you are facing.

Usually, you can find deploy change sets option using the following navigation.
  • Username-->Setup-->Deploy
If you're unable to see the outbound changesets option then I would recommend checking the "create and upload changesets" option under administrative permissions in your profile which should probably do the trick.

Also, make sure that your profile has "Deploy Change Sets" enabled in your Administrative Permissions section.
