Jive to communities migration? Any tool to do this or does this need mapping and and writing code?

We have 6 different SFDC org and we have sitecore, jive like CMS systems. Now we decided to make 6 communities and migrate all the data from Jive to SFDC. I would like to is there any tool/accelerator which does this, i am not looking for any middle ware. Just curious if any simple click or with little code if this can be acheived. Any help would be highly appreciate.
