CANNOT_INSERT_UPDATE_ACTIVATE_ENTITY apex error

Hello
I am getting this error " CANNOT_INSERT_UPDATE_ACTIVATE_ENTITY  " when I execute a apex code from trigger.

sorry I cannot give the code , but pls help me out.

Atleast give us the complete error.

Usually this error comes when the current trigger violates another trigger. Give us the complete error, will sort it out ASAP.
