Volunteer opportunities for beginner Salesforce admin

Hello,
I am looking for Salesforce admin volunteer opportunities. I have been learning Salesforce for around 10 months of experience. I intend to give my ADM 201 exam in Jan., in the meantime, I would like to gain some real world expeirence. Please do let me know if any.
