When a Project record is created,
automatically create a Project Employee record,
where you relate the project with manager of the project.
actually i m a fresher so guys please help how to create process builder for the above scenario

Create new process builder -->> Choose Object -->> "Project"
and in Action tab choose create Record and then choose Project Employee Object
