How can I disable Recycle bin option ?

Hi every one ,

How can i restrict recycle bin option for particular User  for salesforce User ? 

please help on this scenario any one .

Hi Surender,

You cannot disable recycle bin,  however you can restrict user permissions check below reference and remove permission and see if that works.
