Field Type: Number with floating-point decimal  

I need to create field for custom object and the field type requirement is Number with floating-point decimal. How to do that? Should I select data type Number with 2 decimal ?

Data Type = Number
 Under that you can put value in "Decimal Places"  for Number of digits to the right of the decimal point and "Length" for Number of digits to the left of the decimal point
