Email - to- Case How can I avoid to send these to a particular queue
I Have an urgent scenario like below
when a case(type of case per suppose xyz) is created via email and an agent does not pick the case in an hour an it should be moved to 'SLA Breached' Queue
now my requirement is all email to cases should not be moved to 'SLA Breached' Queue.

In this Scenario you should try to make assignment rule to assign all the case in SLA Breached Queue
