Account Plans - how to activate account plans in sales cloud

I came across Account Plans object in the video mentioned on URL below.

I would like to know how we can activate Account Plans object in  sales cloud Enteprirse edition.

As mentioned in the documentation here: https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.fsc_action_plans.htm&type=5 , Action Plans is available in Lightning Experience and included in Salesforce Government Cloud with Lightning Scheduler and Financial Services Cloud.
