When development mode is enabled in Salesforce, we can create a Visualforce page simply by URL. To create a Visualforce page in SFDC, we need not go Setup | Build | Develop | pages or Developer console every time. Here is another way to create a Visualforce page directly from the URL. This is the shortcut to create a visualforce page in Salesforce.
https://c.ap4.visual.force.com/apex/PageName(Visualforce page name).
Click on create page Vftestpage to create a new Vf page in Salesforce.
To check the created visualforce page navigate to Build | Develop | Visualforce. Here the list of all Vf pages in Salesforce will be displayed.
