create opt-out in sms messaging when sent via flow

I was wondering if there is a way to add an opt -out option when you send a SMS message through a flow.

This article https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.essentials_unsubscribe_flow_builder.htm&type=5 is in context of emails opt out via flow. You should be able to do a similar functionality for sms.
