batch apex cls

hello everyone, i have a complex situation where i have to find duplicate account records and it's related contacts after finding duplicate records i have to merge related contact to orignal account...and then delete duplicate account record.

NOTE:- in batch class Query i have to fetch only duplicate record..kindly help me to solve this..
