Is this a Lightning Tree Component on the IdeaExchange?

I was poking around the new IdeaExchange and came across this component. It is on this page.

Can anyone identify it? Is this a custom component for the IdeaExchange? We have a need to do a Category / Sub Category and this is a great replacement to that idea.

Sure, the Lightning Component (probably LWC) that has the title of Category and has a hierarchy dropdown in it. Is that a custom component that was written by Salesforce? We need to do a Category / Sub Category kind of searching and I was very interested to see if they used something out of the box. I did search the SFDC github as well with nothing to show this as an example, unless I missed something.
