MFA Api logins

Hii All, 
 
How can we connect with SOAP when the MFA API logins was enable?
I am getting an error message  INVALID_LOGIN . How can I solve that problem?

Can you elaborate more on the steps you are following so the community can suggest better? 

On a general note, MFA does not affect REST or SOAP API requests.
See https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=000352937&type=1 section 'MFA Requirements for Login Types and Authentication Methods" that lists No for API / Integration Logins.
